A stunning reproduction of a classic from the golden age of yachting, 'Sunshine' exemplifies the latest ideas of racing and accommodations excellence of her time (1900). Newly built in steel in 2004, 'Sunshine' was designed by the legendary William Fife III, and the original took part in many of the classic races of the day, such as the famous 'Kaisers Cup' trans-Atlantic race which was won by the three-masted schooner 'Atlantic' with a record run that has held until just this year, as well as many of the historic races held in Europe by the various royal houses and classic yacht clubs. William Fife designs are known for high speed and exquisite elegance, and the surviving originals are mostly carefully pampered treasures on the classic Mediterranean racing circuit. 'Sunshine' is no exception to this rule, although new-built, and is currently located in the South of France and operating as a very stylish charter yacht.
