Accommodation
The main saloon includes a "U" shaped dinette to stbd and a settee to port. Galley includes a double sink, three burner stove with oven, pressure water, ice chest and storage. The aft stbd corner has a private cabine with a double berth. Forward is a v-berth with hanging locker, storage and head with shower. Cockpit is huge with wheel steering, teak cockpit table, drink holder and helm seat. The owner is in the process of replacing some of the teak & holly sole, this will be finished or you can buy this 40 Irwin as is for a lower price.
